Brilliant location and helpful host
The level of communication by the owners was fantastic. I had a late flight into Venice and they accommodated my late check in. The location is also brilliant as it is so close to San Marco.

Andrea our Host was simply outstanding and extremely helpful. Also the property is a neat and clean B&B style
As it’s an old building there is no lift if you’ve got large bags and need to walk up stairs to levels 2-3 etc

Great location to visit Venice!
The rooms are small but well equipped in a central location. The breakfast is lovely.
The breakfast room is so small that sometimes people needed to wait before sitting down. Our hotel room was towards the backalley where deliveries started every morning around 6am, which made sleeping in impossible.
